Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Note: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at hello@houseofjume.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
