Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within India. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality brass with 18K gold plating, sterling silver, and semi-precious stones. Each product page lists the specific materials used.

Our gold-plated and silver pieces are nickel-free and suitable for most skin types. If you have severe metal allergies, we recommend our sterling silver collection.

Store in a dry place, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Clean gently with a soft cloth. We include care instructions with every order.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Sale items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations of ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, and ₹5,000. They never expire and can be used on any product.
