How Returns Work
Request a Return
Email us at hello@houseofjume.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
We Process It
Once received, we inspect and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
What's Eligible
- Unused items in original packaging
- Items with tags attached
- Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours)
- Wrong item received
What's Not Eligible
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to wear or misuse
- Items returned after 7 days
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Exchanges are free and easy.
Step 1: Email us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.
Step 2: We'll reserve the new item and send you a return label.
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we ship the new item immediately.
If the new item costs more, we'll invoice the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We quality-check every piece before it leaves, but mistakes happen.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
